US politicians have opened a series of inquiries into how Toyota responded to customer safety concerns and its handling of recent recalls of millions of vehicles. On Tuesday, one panel heard from a Toyota driver as she recalled how her car accelerated out of control as she was driving along a highway. Al Jazeera’s John Terrett reports from Washington
