i’m from osaka where Shimano is believed to be smarter than nagoyan Toyota. jpn isn’t the one, at all. i don’t need an auto vehicle, at all. bicycles, walk, tube and railways instead.

i heard toyota equipped their paper shredders with the “sticky pedals” so they could run wide open on their own. a recent memo shows they saved millions over paying a person to do it.

No mention of W Edwards Deming – the American who taught the Japanese how to build quality, using statistical methods & continuous improvement.
