    That bitch can eat a dick, using God as a scapegoat for an abvious lie that is designed purely to suck money out of a car company and into her greedy pocket. What a fucking cunt.

    people don’t know this but some parts equiped in some domestic & GM cars are made by Toyota…they just don’t want the public to know cause that would hurt car sells in others…Toyota is a great car company!

    @PSNjizzcake That’s missing the point, they had reason to believe that there was a problem with their cars and sat on the information for a number of years before doing anything about it. There are regulations they broke when it comes to dealing with potential issues concerning safety. I’d rather buy from a company that takes any issue that important seriously and puts safety before their image.

    @joshuakloo LOL! I know you made that comment 11 months ago, but that is why it’s so funny.

    The jig is up my friend; the claims were proven to be bogus.

    @achoiusa
    Yep. Everything strange that happens in this world is by american logic “a miracle” or “an act of God”. Luckily enough for this fine lady she remembered to call for God to help her, which he apparently did. God bless America!

    @ Meattube4u33 For a while Toyota would not publicly admit fault. They said they were waiting for tests to come back. And while they waited more and more reports came in about the same issue. They apologized only after it was so big that it could not be ignored. Unfortunately that is a side effect of “saving face.”

    @ Conjon11 You wrote, “nothing horrible even happened”. It seems you weren’t paying attention. People are dead because of it. No amount of money can replace a family of four.

    DRIVING ISN’T A RIGHT! its a dangerous sport that never should’ve been so popularized… you talk about the car malfunctioning.. what about the idiots driving it.. YOU decided to put your life in that car, and now you’re crying about it. nothing horrible even happened. btw: you say shame on a great company like toyota for being so greedy,, yet, just how much are you crying over your settlement?! we all see it.

    @Janusha Electronic steering control, electronic transmission control, electronic throttle control, electronic engine start stop, My point is you can pull/push all the buttons and yank on the levers like a 3 year old with a fischer price toy, but nothing is connected directly to anything, If the computers gone blue screen your fked

    This is a storm in a glass of water. Imagine a family driving along and suddenly have to avoid an obstacle in the road. Instead of swerving around it assisted by the many driving aids and the handling, the car skids off the road and crashes into a tree. Because instead of being a Toyota it was a wallowy dinosaur built by a company whos motto is “we dont need none of yer fancy-ass technology”. “Japan is killing innocent americans!” Such rubbish. Toyota admits no fault because they cant find one.

    After 6 miles god intervened… Such bullshit doesnt belong in court. These claims make no sense. Ive tried this myself. Push the gas bedal to the floor and hit the brakes, Pull the handbrakes, put it in neutral, turn the ignition off.. ANY of these things WILL stop the car. Its not alive. Its not out to kill you. If you fail at all these then you have no business being in a car.

    A woman smoking for 25 years successfully sued Phillip Morris for 300 million dollars when she got cancer. This cost the thousands of people their jobs so the bitch could cash in. We all know americans run around trying to get hurt so they can sue for trillions. Its amazing how these Toyota incidents happen ONLY in america. Cars crash. or break down. Thats what cars do. They arent forever. However now whenever a Toyota crashes they blame the car instead of the driver. OMG IT TRIED TO KILL ME !!!

    Toyota went to the hearing EMPTY-HANDED if you can believe it! All Toyota could say is that it is “confident” that there is no electronic cause in the SUA phenomenon. Hmmmm…Toyota also says sludge is OWNER NEGLECT related. Yet, it has NO DATA to prove this! It has tarred and feathered its loyal Toyota customers who own its defective sludgemobiles! Way to dupe the public, Toyota!

    Mrs. Smith’s testimony on SUA (see Tears, Frustration, and Anger). Toyota is VINDICTIVE as it tries to ruin the reputations of Dr. Gilbert and Sean Kane, who both have scientific data to back their claims. As per the last Toyota Recall Hearing on May 20, Toyota did not produce ONE SHRED of proof of any real scientific data!

    I love how people say this is the largest recall in automotive history. To date, Toyota has recalled around 10-11 million vehicles worldwide. Ford recalled around 14 million in the year 1999 ALONE.

    A few mags and TV shows have tested this issue. The pinned the throttle to the floor on a track. Then at the same time pushed the brakes. Guess what, car stopped. Yes you have to push harder than normal, but they will stop on there own. The brakes on all but the shittiest of cars have enough peower to stop a gar even with the engine accelorating.
