For all you criticts out there watching robot videos! Heres something you NEED to know. The woman is testing the robot. To see for it to keep it’s balance. AND it may not be a track star but atleast it proved its robot kind saying yeah they can run. So i lighten you little heads up and give some credits!

even though it looks like how humans run, the robot probably expends much more energy than a human does running at the same speed. the muscles in humans are arranged in such a way so as to make walking and running extremely efficient with minimal loss in energy when they contract and relax. such is the wonderful design of the human body, still so far the ultimate “robot”
